Siang Hee's one of our go-to restaurants for cheap and good cze char.
Today, we ordered the San Lou Hor Fan ($8), slippery sheets of rice noodles with crunchy beansprouts, spring onions and fresh and smooth fish slices in a delicate gooey gravy.
We also ordered the Marmite Pork ($8), tender pork in a sticky and sweet coating. This is an absolute must-try here.
The Claypot Beancurd ($8) is a filled-to-the-bream serving of sliced pork, mushrooms, snow peas, green veggies, crunchy carrots, fresh prawns, fish slices and silky beancurd.
