Imperial Treasure Nan Bei Restaurant, Suntec City

You know, the one line from this classic song that always runs through my mind after a run goes like this: "I feel good, neh neh neh neh neh neh neh..." It's just describes that sense of accomplishment after every run. And it makes me feel like I deserve to indulge as much as I want because I've been such a good girl.

As usual, after the run to Suntec one late evening, we headed to Imperial Treasure for a dim sum dinner.

We started off with a Steamed Scallop Dumpling with Vegetable ($4.20), crystal dumplings with diced scallops intertwined with chopped chives. This was so light and delicate, with the natural sweetness of the fresh scallops coming through every bite. Perfect for health-junkies.

We also got the Deep Fried Yam Puff ($3.30), mashed yam coated with flour with a luscious savoury minced chicken filling and deep fried to a crisp.

I love how the sweetness of the yam complements the savouriness of the minced chicken filling.

We also got a carb dish to fill up the corners of our tummies, the Braised E-fu Noodle with Chives ($10.50). This was perfectly al-dente. I could eat this everyday.

Lastly, we got the Pork and Vegetable Wanton Soup ($4.50). Absolutely slurpilicious!
