Trisara Sunday Champagne Brunch, Phuket, Thailand
It's been a long time since we indulged in brunch, and we were told not to miss out on Trisara's "legendary" Sunday Brunch (1,990 Baht per person for brunch only). While the selection at Trisara wasn't mind-boggling, it sure made up for the lack of variety with astoundingly high quality. All of their dishes were so good on their own that they could have been served up straight from the ala carte menu. Also, I loved that Trisara offered bite-sized portions of everything, just so their guests get to sample the entire buffet spread. Oh and get this, a roving pair of masseuse went round giving free head and shoulder massages to the diners. How's that for 6-star pampering?
