Bohsut Jorim (Korean Bulgogi Mushrooms)

Another banchan that you can prep well beforehand a dinner party, Sauteed Mushrooms (or Bohsut Jorim) is a perennial favourite with those new to Korean cuisine. This can be served at room temperature or piping hot, depending on how much lead-time you have, or guests' preferences.

Ingredients:
6 large trumpet mushrooms, cleaned with a damp kitchen towel, then diced to bite-sized pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced finely (put this through a garlic press to save time)
2 tbsp bulgogi seasoning
1 tbsp frying oil
1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
1) Fry garlic in sesame-frying oil mixture until fragrant, about 1 minute.

2) Add mushrooms and fry till cooked through, about 2 minutes.

3) Add bulgogi seasoning, and toss through to coat evenly, about 1 minute.
